The King Suite with Pool View impressed me with its beautiful decor and comfortable setup. The location felt serene, away from the busy tourist areas. I loved relaxing on the lovely outside balcony of room 102, enjoying fine views. Staff responsiveness was strong. Some areas need improvement. Housekeeping services felt lacking, as the room wasn't completely cleaned each day, and I often had to request essential items like toiletries. Breakfast at €25 per person was overpriced for what was offered, and the ordering process was a bit chaotic. The shower in room 102 could use an upgrade, as it wasn't functioning well. While the hotel has great potential, these issues was nice.

Beautifully decorated throughout, the room was spacious and comfortable. The outside balcony was a lovely touch, great to enjoy the mountain views. The staff provided excellent, personal service. The breakfast was plentiful and well-prepared.

The centralized AC made the room a bit chilly at times.

The venue was incredibly beautiful, I appreciated the stay and the location was marvellous so close to Lake Bled and a miniature palace. The employees were extraordinarily friendly and affable all the time. Had a such wonderful time.

Villa Pomona is a gem. The marble bathroom blew me away! Staff were really good too ship back my forgotten clothes. Highly recommended for a romantic getaway!

The centralized AC system can be problematic, and the shower occasionally lacks hot water, leading to a frustrating experience. In one instance, the pool house seemed like a downgrade. It was cold when we arrived and required a day of heating. Insects were also an issue, since it had a more rural house feel compared to a standard hotel room.
